Here at Peppermint Park we want all of our Members to be satisfied with every purchase. If you purchase an item and wish to return it, simply let us know within 30 days of placing the order, make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it and ship it back to us for a full refund to your Peppermint Park Account. That's it! Some of the more frequently asked questions regarding our return policy are listed below as well as the stuff our lawyers told us we had to include!
Q: Can Peppermint Park Members return items?
A: Absolutely. Just let us know within 30 days of placing the order, make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it and ship it back to us for a full refund to your Peppermint Park Account on the purchase price of the item you purchased (does not include shipping and handling chargers). Members are responsible for paying shipping and handling for any returns unless Peppermint Park shipped the wrong item.
Any returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received by the Peppermint Park Member otherwise we cannot accept the return. This means that the item can never have been worn, altered, washed and all the original tags must still be attached to the item.
Q. When will my account be credited for the returned item?
A: Once your return has been received at Peppermint Park, your refund will be processed and your Peppermint Park Account credited within five (5) business days. We will contact you via email to the address listed on your membership account when this takes place.
Q: What about Non-Members?
A: All sales to Non-Members are final therefore no returns are accepted for any reason unless Peppermint Park makes a mistake and sends the wrong product (see below for Peppermint Park's policy on this).
Q: What if I received the wrong item?
A: If you received the wrong item, just let us know that we made a mistake and send the item back to us. We will credit your account for the amount of shipping you pay to send it back. As soon as we receive the item we'll ship you the correct item as soon as possible with no shipping and handling charges.
Q: My friend who I brought to Peppermint Park made an order but is now going to return the entire purchase, do I still get paid 10% of the sale?
A: No. Payments for purchases by friends are only made if they do not return the item.

Q: I am a law student and about to graduate and I just love reading legal text. What is Peppermint Park's technical return policy?
A: All sales are final unless the Customer has a Peppermint Park Member Account and notifies Peppermint Park in writing to the contrary within thirty (30) days of purchasing a Product, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the Peppermint Park Terms and Conditions. The Customer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or any of the price of the Products while any claim is being investigated by Peppermint Park. Returned Products must be received by Peppermint Park in as-new or as-shipped-by-vendor condition, including conformance to invoiced specification. Customer shall bear the cost of shipping the returned Products. A credit will be issued to the Customer's Peppermint Park Account within thirty (30) days of return of the Product. Customer shall send any and all returned Products to the following address:
