As a Member of Peppermint Park, when you place an order at Peppermintpark.com, we spring into action immediately.  All orders are shipped as soon as possible to make sure your Peppermint Park purchase reaches you in a timely manner.  Our strong carrier partnerships ensure we deliver to anywhere in the United States and all military (APO/FPO) address.

Shipping Charges (Continental U.S., Alaska & Hawaii, Canada)

Your total shipping charges are based on the shipping method selected, the total items purchased and any applicable surcharges.

Your total shipping charge will appear as a line item under your subtotal during the check out process.  Any additional shipping charges and tax will appear as separate line items.

Please also note:  Shipping charges are applied based on your subtotal and before any discounts are taken. 

Typical shipping charges for all U.S. locations (except Alaska and Hawaii) are as follows:

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

• Add $10.99 to the above U.S. Standard Shipping and Handling Charges
• Delivery normally within 7-10 business days for in-stock items. Out-of-stock items may require an additional 5 business days.
• U.S. territories include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

APO, DPO and FPO Addresses

• All packages sent via United States Postal Services
• Order will usually arrive within 21 business days (for in-stock items only)

International

Standard Delivery

• Shipping and Handling Charges are based on the country of delivery. Your charges will be calculated at check out as you finalize your order
• Order usually arrives within 10-14 business days (for in-stock items only).

**Please note that we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments.  You will receive a separate shipping confirmation e-mail for each shipment we send you.  However, your shipping charges will not be affected by this. 

THE ORDER CUT OFF TIME for Standard Ground Shipping is 4:00pm (CST). Orders placed after 4:00 (CST) will be processed the next business day.

WHAT DO THE ORDER TRACKING TERMS MEAN?

Pending:   Your order has been accepted and will be sent for processing to ensure your purchase reaches you on time.

In Progress:  We are working hard to fill your order and your package will be sent as soon as possible. 

Partially Shipped:  Part of your order has been shipped.  The rest of your order will be shipped soon.

Shipped:  Your order has been completely filled and shipped.  

Backordered:  A part of your order was not able to be filled at this time.  You will be notified as soon as your purchased item has become available.

Canceled:  Your order has been canceled and you will not receive any merchandise.  Your credit card will be refunded for this order.
